Mayor of El Centro Fights Foreclosures

Mayor Ben Solomon has a quest to fight the increasing amount of foreclosures in El Centro CA 92243. He has met with other city mayors to encourage them to do what they can to assist homeowners from losing their homes.

I have appealed to Mr. Solomon to offer my assistance in helping homeowners in Imperial County avoid foreclosure.

One way I can assist homeowners is by using a loan modification where I negotiate with their lenders to lower the interest rate, monthly payment, and/or principal loan balance.

If a loan modification is not the best course of action, I recommend the homeowner preserve their FICO credit score by selling their home using a short sale.

There are other methods that can be used to avoid foreclosure and protect the homeowners credit report and save their home.
