@copraiders1 I'm a JAYS fan but I get what you say... who knows if the strike never happened in '94...The Expos were not guaranteed to win but looked very very very promising that year,,,,they kicked ass until the strike

@ianat841 Yes, yes, yes! I'd hate to see any other city lose their city, but we need Nos Amours back.
Have you noticed the number of Montrealers walking around in Expos gear the last few years? People miss the team and would 100% support it.

Tampa Bay Rays attendance this year through September 17th: 1,391,204
Montreal Expos attendance in 1994 through August 11th: 1,276,250.
And the Rays went to the world series in 2008 and won the AL East in 2010. The Expos hadn't been to the playoffs in 13 years in 1994.
Maybe it's time to move the Rays to Montreal? I feel like Expos fans would actually appreciate Evan Longoria, David Price, and co.

I ACTUALLY JUST TEARED UP!!!
I was there, I probably was crying at the fact that it was my last time singing it. Even if I go see another baseball team one day, I will proudly sing ''Expos'' instead of ''home team.''

@copraiders1 You got it ... Expos were 72 - 29 ... #1 in the majors ...the Jays were 2X WS Champs .... somebody south of 49 pulled the plug to stop Montreal . But what they did, and the league knows it, was they killed the franchise. The fans never forgave.
