@SeventhEve He does live here he has a house in London lol but goes back to Montana too.
-
Now he has a young daughter I wonder if he lets her watch any Disney. (probably does unless he's a radically different parent)

2:40 That shot really reminds me of the ending of Goodfellas ("Just an average nobody...")
-
The actual fuck is Paul Merton wearing? Who thought making that suit was a good idea...?

@Weirfan69 Mritsabeautifulfriday is right, stay the fuck away from the UK. Observe our lovely culture, but don't come here and have your dreams shattered. Tell you what, we'll all meet in Canada and smoke weed with the front door unlocked.
-
@Weirfan69 No. No you don't. You live in America, right? Please, for me and yourself, don't. This country's fucked, most of it's a baron, desolate, council-estated wasteland.

In the actual Milne story, it is suggested that the explanation for the Pooh part of the bear's name is that he had an accident (being carried into the air by a balloon) that locked his arms in an upward position "for more than a week", and during that time period whenever he wanted to get rid of a fly that had settled on his nose he had to blow it away: "pooh, pooh, pooh...".
In real life, Milne's son Christopher had named the bear Pooh after a swan he had seen on holiday.

@WalterLiddy The show isn't meant to be taken seriously, you think people form beauty and the beast inspired torch bearing mobs to destroy whatever goes in the room? It's only aim is to be amusing not to create real conclusions.
-
Amusing but so misinformed. Shows like this propagate ignorant notions and make the audience feel smug about not knowing better. I like Rich Hall but you have to take everything he says with a grain of salt.
-
@SeventhEve I believe he actually splits his time between living in London and Montana and his wife in English. I also think he seems to enjoy the UK comedy environment more than the US comedy atmosphere, suits his style (nothing against out US friends i just think the UK humor suits his style better)
"Sooner or later, you're gonna die. And people here know that."
Leave it to Rich Hall to sum up why I want to move to the UK when I grow up, too.
