Dear friend there were thousands of expectators in that opening cermony.I love that if someone is alive and he or she watched your this upload and write his or her emotions of that time or players who participate in these games?
I am impatient if someone write his or her comments about that cermony because you and me age now 43

@AlexHWalker The ioc is all-to-happy to give us WINTER olympix, maybe to re-enforce our stupid snow-&-ice reputation. Toronto was heavily-favoured to win the summer olympix in 96, but the ioc at the last minute gave them to Atlanta. 80% of the world doesn't even give a damn about the Winter olympix. Myself, I think the ioc has something against Canada

@SnowbirdFlock I wouldn't be too sure remember Canada hosted the winter olympics again even after no golds in Calgary also if Canada hosts The Commonwealth Games or the Pan American games (which it just happens to in 2015) it could use that as a launch pad to get the Olympics.

@AlexHWalker They are indeed married, and I think MTL 1976 was the 1st time they ever met. As a CDN, I'm proud of that. But it bugs me lots that we won no golds that year. I think that's just 1 of many reasons we will never get to host a summer olympix ever again
