Background:
Journey To Earth was produced as a University project for the Reflexive Design module of the BSc (Hons) Digital Art & Technology course at University of Plymouth and was designed to emphasise human perception through the use of a mix of 2D and 3D animation, and was produced in 5.1 Surround Sound.
The project itself was produced in Blender 3D, a free source application and produced for the Immersive Vision Theatre situated on the University of Plymouth campus.
Project Brief: * Produce an immersive, 60 second film including credits * Include audio design techniques where appropriate * Develop a strong narrative which is visible throughout * Explore an aspect of human perception and representation
