Starting Position: Place the Pinky Ball in the same starting position as above.
The Exercise: Slowly curl your toes down onto the ball as you exhale. Hold for a count of 4 and slowly lift your toes up towards you with the inhalation. Hold for a count of 4 and continue the process. Only curl and lift your toes as far as feels comfortable.
Complete this exercise 8 times. You can do both feet at the same time.
