Hey I am Dutch! And I don't look good (don't even pretend I do). I did just cut my hair. Of course the Irish are more genuine, but then the Dutch suffered considerably less over the past couple of centuries.

I live in Holland. Its a nice country with plenty of positives but I do hate the pretentiousness of a lot of the young people, particularly here in Amsterdam. At wkends many seem too preoccupied in looking good and posing rather than letting their hair down and having fun. I have a few Dutch friends that are not stuck up their own arse but I find a lot are. Of course I'm generalizing but thats my opinion after 2&1/2 yrs living here.

oh yeah holland sucks dicks... did you know we got one of the most social states in the world? and did you know... your saying that without arguments? which makes it 0% effective against anyone. so yeah... fail?

There is also a relevance for the universities, not just businesses.. If universities take this research under account they can stimulate students to take a semester abroad for example and the outcome is that when this student graduates he/she will be more creative than a student from another university where going to study abroad is not practiced to such extent. This of course improves the reputation of the university.
