Spicy Cheese Spread Recipe
This delicious and nutritious nut cheese is spreadable, so you can use it in a wrap or raw sandwich, or serve it as a dip with our flax crackers or raw vegetables. You aren't going to believe how easy this recipe is to make!

Ingredients:
2 cups raw cashews
1 tsp garlic, fresh
½ tsp Himalayan salt
½ to 1 tsp cayenne pepper, to taste
2 Lemon Juice Shots or 1/3 cup lemon juice
¼ cup filtered water

In a food processor, place garlic, salt, cashews, and cayenne, and process into powder. Next, add lemon juice and water, and mix well in processor. Keeps up to a week when sealed in the fridge.
