  • my mum has this and she has been in bed for like 3 days. She really can't take it anymore. The attacks last forever. Would you care to tell me exactly what supplements did you take or where can I find them?

  • @ferdo621 Hope your mum is well at the moment. email me at meniereshelp@gmail.com

Can't list the exact brands on here because I'll get in trouble for copyright but I can in a private email. Basically it is a high quality multi-vitamin (powerful antioxidants), multi mineral, Calcium, Ginkgo and a very powerful antioxidant/flavonoid combination made mainly from grapeseed extract

  • @SURFSTYLEY4 Any ideas as to how it came dislodged in the first place? $10 a day is cheap....mind you, over one year that amounts to fair old bit!.....worth it though if he has found your cause and rid you of Meniere's Disease.

  • @BCFCUKJP08 Yes, it took going to the chiro every day, He would adjust me and i would then walk around the block and then he would check me again and my neck bone was out again, My body wanted to keep it in the wrong spot because it was so used to keeping it there. It can take a long time to retrain your muscles to hold it where it should be. I was very lucky and found a chiro that really wanted to help and he only chared me $10 a day. The guy saved my life!

  • @SURFSTYLEY4 That is great news that you feel so good now :-))

Sorry Surfstyle4 do you mean you went to the Chiropractor everyday for a year? That seems an awful lot? Thank you for letting everyone know it may take a long time. People need to know that they may need to stick with something like this and not give up easily. With some people it takes 6 months on the supplements before they are completely symptom free (with their Meniere's Disease). Take Care and stay 'super good'

  • @BCFCUKJP08 Now it's been more than a year since I first started getting vertigo, My symptoms returned after my last message here, I Have gone to the chiro every day, Trying to retrain my neck bone to stay where it needs to be, It's not been a month and a half without dizziness, All due to my atlas bone staying in place. I want to let everyone know, it may not be a one to 2 time visit to a chiro to get better, It's taken me a year of every day. But i feel super good now.

  • @graycloud057 It is only my opinion but I guess Cannabis works in the same way as Valium in as far as it relieves the stress and makes you relaxed. Not sure how good it would be in the long run for us though.

  • @Strefanasha Hey again, yes I have an opinion....STRESS IS a trigger at least fact. It really is a case of finding what works for you. Mercury has come up a lot over the years so worth checking out.

  • @SURFSTYLEY4 This is great thank you.......we hear a lot about people finding their cause in neck and spinal problems. Coincidentally enough, I was checked out at a Chiropractor very recently and he also found my atlas bone was misaligned.

I already live pretty much symptom free but want to know my cause. If you are reading this a trip to a cervical certified Chiro is very worth a visit to cross off the list of possible causes.

  • @KateyF Thanks for the comments. But would have to disagree with you that nothing works. (for most people)....I believe one way or the other people can get relief - not a cure (in most cases).I still believe the supplements we use give people the best chance of getting relief but by no means the only way. I have been corresponding with and talking to Meniere's sufferers for several years now and there seem to several routes to try. All about finding what works for you...never give up!!!

  • Mike, thank you for the video - i am glad this helped you, but as someone who was diagnosed with MD at 17 n has lived with it since ( i am now 46), i can tell you i have tried it ALL - n nothing works for me. It is a progressive disease that has taken the hearing in my left ear n is now in my right. The medical community could truly care less. Glad you got help tho. : )
