there's a plug-in called cc which you'll need to do the snow effect, you may already have it as it comes with the master collect, but torrent it if not.

@Hestruh save the clip you want to use with snow upside down in vegas inport to aee and add cc snow then render and in vegas corp it upside down again (: if you want it simple
