  • We here at NGPS prefer to remain at a neutral stance on this issue we cannot confirm or deny the claims presented, there were multiple characteristics that could go either way.

    From multiple reports our info shows that the cow had became deceased within a little over a week prior, the carcass had already began to rapidly deteriote from the day prior. Temps. were mild 60's during daytime for weeks prior. No recent snow had occured for 3 months before this incident.
