smart player with good game sense? use sagat in ALL the ST games. there is a reason people bitch about him.
damage, priority, range, recovery. great mix up, easy crossups, and specials that can cover distance. all of his supers/ultras do INSANE damage. sagat can cancel almost all of his normals to tigers, uppercut, and knee.
sagat is god of muy thai.
