Gourock has sheltered berthing, whereas Rothesay, Wemyss Bay and ports like Ardrossan are exposed.

Why did it have to go to Gourock , Wemyss Bay is just across the water? Maybe , with all the comments regarding your spelling mistakes , you really should concentrate in using proper English instead of lazy 'text-speak' , just a thought.

@clydeferries I can only assume that you are not referring to me using 'text speak' but rather someone else commenting on this video....

@billyk897 did i comment on your spelling? no. I thought you were critisizing me for misspelling 'Rothesay' as others have done in the past.. so was just pointing out that it is spelt correctly in the video..

its ROTHESAY n the bute and argyle are MUCH better than the streakers n to my point I was on tht ferry tht day......it was horrible because she struggled to berth at gourock as well!! :(

@billyk897 it is spelt Rothesay in the title... thats unlucky, it must have been annoying having to go all the way to gourock especially when there is wind and waves..
