http://tomrogers123.wordpress.com/ - I've been an OS X user for a few months now and I'm loving it. However vista users in the community seam to like saying that I'm just copying Chris both in my operating system decisions and that of my videos.
After that I usually begin the arduous task of running Windows update and installing the latest direct X etc. When thats finished I activate Windows and create an image using Acronis Trueimage so I never have to do it again. I would reccommend that strategy for any person who doesnt ever install Windows again or worry about drivers. Keep the videos coming. -Hacker
I agree about the drivers, However When I help other people with their new computers, the first thing I do is install Driver genius and create a backup of all the current system drivers into an "Auto installer" which is simply an exe file. so I never have this problem. I then I run a program to acquire the currently used CD key- different for XP than Vista. Put put in a retail version of whatever OS they have and reinstall without the "Value Adding" bundled software. Then install the drivers.
When a noob buy a computer should take advice from someone who knows the way with PC's! Never buy a computer that comes without proper drivers because its crap!
