Mignarda lutesong duo, Donna Stewart & Ron Andrico, in a live performance at the Shrine Church of St. Stanislaus, in Cleveland, Ohio. St. Lucy's Day, December 13th, 2008

Our concert was in honor of St. Lucy's feast day, and the first half featured sacred chants and motets proper for the day. The second half of the concert included music from Dowland's Second Booke, 1600 with texts that describe darkness and light.

Beautiful song... but I cannot find anywhere a recording of it to purchase ... I found other performer but I prefer your rendition. Ever made a recording of it ?

Fantastic singing. Very intimate and vulnerable. Just the right way to interprete this piece. It captures perfectly the nature of Dowland's song.
