Visiting Mr. Chen of Xi-Zi Hao Feb/2010 Taiwan

Mr. Chen is preparing one of his most beloved 2009 Xi-Zi (Double Happiness) Hao cake. At 1:09 I was kidding "You are making a strong brewing - I will jump after having it!" And, indeed, it delivered such a robust "body sensation" that I could not resist but standing up and stretching my arms! The big chunk of plastic-wrapped thing at 0:50 is a 1963 raw tea leaves (mao cha) that was naturally compacted into a form of "bag". We tried it at the end of the day - and it was out of the world!
