An interesting view with the camera. I always love seeing how you place your hands so I can try to emulate this and improve my technique. You always make it look easier than it really is. Another fine video. Thanks.

i know you were not directing the question to me but I have back problems and have placed my whell on cinder blocks so I can throw while I am standing.

Do you ever throw massive platters? I want to, but am not sure how to go about it, especially drying and keeping from warping in the kiln.

I dont generally , as my kiln is too small....I must build a bigger one . Yes drying is important with wide shallow shapes, turn them as they dry & turn upside down so the bases can harden off .Basically the more even the drying the better . SL
