Tennessee QB Tyler Bray in high school throttles Coalinga in a 62-0 Kingsburg win

CENTRALVALLEYFOOTBALL.COM — Kingsburg senior Tyler Bray threw for three first half touchdowns against Coalinga, to set the tone for an easy 62-0 Viking victory.

Bray would throw for four touchdowns in total and 241 yards. UC Davis commit London Lacy would take the majority of snaps at quarterback after the Vikings established a 27-0 first half lead. Lacy, who also recorded an interception on defense, showed a lot of mobility and decent arm strength and threw for a touchdown.

Bray wasn't tested in this game, but the future-Volunteer clearly demonstrated he has a D-1 canon for an arm.

Kingsburg receiver Dylan Newbill had three touchdowns in the game. In the first half alone, he had a nice run-after-catch for a 54-yard touchdown and redzone touchdown in the corner of the end on a jumpball from Bray.

Garrett Steele had a two-yard touchdown run, but John Alcala carried the bulk of the rushing load with 18 carries for 141 yards and three touchdowns.

The 5-0 (2-0 in Central Sequoia play) Kingsburg may face its toughest matchup yet next week on the road at 4-1 (1-1) Dinuba's place.
