The two pigeon discus are a mated pair, and so are the two black angelfish. The other fish are...6 golden rams, two smaller golden angelfish (fry of the two black angelfish in the tank), tri of kribensis, five clown loaches, five albino corycats, and a lot of plecos, small and large.

I made the CO2 diffuser out of a medication bottle and a powerhead.

  • So a black angel and black angel creates gold angels? Quite weird? Since gold is not even close to black. Oh and were the black angel that dark when they were young?

  • they both had a gold recessive trait, so that fry had a one to four chance of being a golden. And the hold brood that i got from them was a quarter golden, so it makes sense. Search punnet square on goolge.

  • your aquarium doesn't look like a 55 gallon.. it looks like a 29 o.o

  • technicaly..its a "SHOW" tank. So its not a long 55 like your thinking of. And to help it out, those discus are fullgrown

    about 8".

  • How do you find the discus with the angels? I want some angels in my tank but I'm wary of having them with my discus

  • they make great tankmates, although if you plan on keeping multiple angelfish, which you should, you might form a breeding pair and must be seperated or they will destroy the other tankmates if they lay eggs
