Dude !!! Coconut oil is NOT going to help acne !! Try eating some healthy food. That's the only thing that really makes a difference. and put some wheatgrass on your face....

kale, collards, lettuce, are level 1 food. parsley, other green herbs are level 2 food.

i'm eating parsley right now, and i feel pretty good. really oxygenated. but i'm afraid generally of herbs, because of caffiene herb,s thc etc.

Jeez! Feed the cat or dog the natural foods, dogs for example are MEANT to eat meat, cats are meant to eat meat. I'm glad Kevin is sensible to know that.

Herbs are for the Use of Man. It would be great to for people t see that wild craft foods and the Herbs that the MOST high has given will and can be used to heal the Nations.. you all should read Ezekiel 47:12.... Revelations 22:1-3...I love how you are bringing out you points of view. great speaking !! MAY we all learn everyday how to use Herbs and oils and foods to heal!! One Love One People!!

don't be cruel to your dog and cat. these types of animals should be fed a good amount of meats preferably raw. don't push your human vegan lifestyle onto dogs and cats. that is totally cruel!!!! Most vegans shouldn't own dogs and cats as pets!!!

Cats are strictly carnivores, no ifs and or buts.
Grain products/vegan diet will result in so much disease, there is alot of diabetes in domestic cats because of this.
I am also vegan, however I have no issue feeding my cat raw meat.
If you are concerned about the treatment of animals, find a local organic farm, find out who they raise their animals, and then buy meat from them. Most farms will put together pet food for you, raw, frozen.
