It's really not as hard as it looks.. Just takes practise. After 4 years in the martial arts I can do it with ease. Of course, I learned alot of other things in those 4 years and am still learning. Man.. I love martial arts..
That is awesome, 0:49-0:56 is really the best stuff though. If You ever trained with the bow staff, it is very difficult to spin your body and spin your staff because it keeps slipping out of your hand. To do what he did in 0:30 all you have to do is grad the staff in the middle with both hands, one hand up and one hand down, and turn it like churning butter until you can make a helicopter look. Sorry to be a bow staff nerd, I just love the martial arts of the staff. Peace out!
