Second Day of this three day diet. Almost over! yay! 1.5 lbs down so far. So on to day three. Wee!!

  • I have no idea. But you probably could get away with doing it for 5. But i would just do 3 days and take a break and do it again.

  • you have to follow it though fully you do not have sweetner in coffee its just black coffee or water and drink at least 8 glasses of water i have been on this diet a few times november to mach and i lost 48 pounds in that 3 month and done 3 days a week for 12 weeks but followed exactly and am now going back on it it does work really well

  • if you continue with the 3 day diet more than 3 days, its ok as long as you dont pass 7 days...there are some severe side effects!

    you lose water weight mostly with any "fad" diets, meaning that once you stop it it will come back Unless you work out or run every day.

    But if you do plan on doing it more than once i take vitamins everyday.

    you can get an eating disorder, heart problems, as well as other organs failing if you dont keep your body healthy!

  • i have done it. you continue losing the weight, but your body starves itself. this diet is basically not eating. every time i go on a cruise, i do it for about 3 weeks and it works wonderfully. of course you gain the weight right back as soon as you get odd of it.

  • i have a question? if i was to continue the diet for more than 3 days what would happen
