@Hallaran they are extremely rare as you have noted. I have heard of just rusted out hulls selling for outrageous prices at auctions. This one of the most sought after collectible antique tractors ever produced. There are very very few restored ones in existence. Seeing one of these in person is once in a lifetime event. NICE VID.

@fords08 the "other" Main Tractor Company Had Red..IH
I like to see one Black myself
-
@fords08 The first MM's Tractors before the UDLX of the company's line of tractors for a while was grey and then the MM Harvest Gold
when they made White tractors they where Silver and Grey
-
@fords08 it only came in that color sorry
MM HARVEST GOLD
If you own one?? it can be any color you wanted to paint it though...AND THAT WOULD BE ORIGINAL Since nobody seems to want to change the Color due to it just wouldn't be original Color MM UDLX in the purest sense of the word,

The U Deluxe (UDLX) was Minneapolis Molines answer for the depression era farmer. It was designed to do the work on the farm, and provide transportation to town for the shopping trips and Sunday-go-to-meeting. The idea, while way ahead of its time, was unfortuneately a few years too late in release, most farmers could afford a tractor as well as a pickup or car by 1938. Stilll a beautiful concept, and a tribute to the family run farm which has gone the way of the UDLX.

@TimL5767 Thanks for the history lesson, I hope a lot of folks see this. The old tractors and Americana is worth the time it takes to learn about it. The quality of these old machines is incredible.
