Treniranje sekvence pokreta sa partnerom, potpomaze uvezbavanjeu: distance, poravnanja, kretanje tela napred nazad, osecaj protivnika.

Isprva se vezba po liniji da bi se naucilo drzanje tela na liniji, kasnije kad se uvezbaju pokreti vezba se kruzno u velikom krugu. Gde su obadva partnera i napadac i branilac
