  • I AM HORRIFIED, this is a classical example of how to NOT to prepare italian food!

Some rule of italian cuisine: 1)never let the pasta "wait" until the sauce is ready 2) do not put cream in carbonara! gosh!3)never pour oil in the water where you then cook the pasta!!!please!!

  • Let's cook pasta to italian cooker not to robot!!!!!!!!!

no conchiglie but spaghetti absolutly not cream, and finnally non parmigiano but pecorino !!!!!!

sorry for my english but is better than the cooker

  • @moca780 Hai ragione al 100%, sono rimasto terrorizzato.

  • ma non esiste proprio! questa non è la carbonara! aborro!

no panna no conchiglie no bimby

  • insomma...che questa sia una carbonara e' tutto da vedere!!!!

  • this is not carbonara........this is not carbonara, I'm Italian, we do not need the bacon but the "guanciale" the cheek of the pig, we do not need the cream.NEVER CREAM IN PASTA !!!!!!!!!

  • when they say "conchiglie carbonara", im pretty sure they are refering to the italian reciepe and not the equally famous chinese version ? and remember that hamburgers were first made and eaten in hamburg,

  • you are right on the origin of Pasta but you and the rest of the world know it with the italian name so probably we are the best cooker of "PASTA"

  • Strange that you posted your response as Spain and Italy sell more Thermomix than any other country in the world. They have been in Spain and Italy since 1961.

I also did not notice that this video said anything about it being an Italian dish. Remember that pasta was first made and cooked in China.

  • conchiglie and carbonara?

    nope....

    it must be spaghetti
