I think a lot of you don't understand what is being said here. I love Michael and have respect for LeBron but you don't want to be just like an athlete, even someone as great as Michael because you want to be better then everyone, setting your expectations high otherwise you will never be the athlete you can be. This doesn't just apply to basketball, it could be for any career. It promotes competitive nature. This is the same mindset I have and should be taught to the youth all around the world.
