only long distance runners as it just records the pace. it never gives you any option to view the speed in km/h or top speed.

Hi, necessary to always use the sensor nike? or with the clock it is sufficient?

@juliofcb1 You don't need the sensor but if you are running inside or if you go into the woods it is recommended just in case the GPS signal isn't strong. I tuck the sensor into my socks, as I don't have nike+ shoes but you can also buy a little pouch to clip it onto the laces of any running shoe.
