  • KEEP YOUR ARMS SLIGHTLY BENT GUYS, AVOID SHOULDER PAINS

  • STEVEN SEAGAL

  • cool video this guy seems chill

  • I have incorporated lateral raises into my routine since I was 14 years old. I typically do about 65 with 20Ib dumbbells. I then follow that up with either military presses or a series of kettlebell halos.

  • bartender looooooool very nice example

  • You angle the little fingers up (inward rotation), this is not good.

You should rotate outward with index finger and thumb outward to not squeeze the tendons and other things inside the shoulders.

Then you also raise your arms a little too high for it to be healthy in the long run.

  • Thanks for the instructions.

  • I like how you relate workouts to something else in your videos because it's easier to remember the correct form! Thanks!

  • Hello, You should try intellectus 424 diet (Search on Google). Me and my friend lost crazy amounts of the fat it is the best diet I have ever tried.

  • great vids but shitty camera.
