Pallof Press #1: Anti-Rotation & Bracing Strength
Pallof Press #2: Anti-Lateral Flexion & Bracing Strength
Pallof Press #3: Anti-Extension & Bracing Strength
When combined into a series 3 x 10 each, the core musculature gets an awesome workout as do the shoulders!
