Lol its just you that is stupi:P As i remember(havent got it yet) you press back. u have to be in the one on one in the begginning when u do this. This is for the xbox 360. maybe on ps3

agreed. i mean its fairly realistic but very annoying, and the only way u can get more money for it is by selling players and reducing your wage bill
