Ever On, Dan will indeed "Let It Shine!"always & forever by the amazing music he shared w/ us while here, his traveling to give us the honor of attending his amazing performances~Dan just gave so much. He will always be with me as long as my ears are able to hear his music. Loved him since his first album in the '70's; will love this amazing musician, song-writer, man, forever. Never got to see Dan, but he's seen me through every sad time, happy time, break-up, loss of loved one... since 1972 (when I was 15)... timeless, heartbreaking, hopeful, his songs still make me cry.

Its funny that Dan thought he had to tell the audience the words to the chorus. Hah-hah!! Dan ... we've known those words since you first put them on vinyl in 74!

After 2 hours of playing, the band is still playing their hearts out. Dan's voice at 6:00 is stronger than ever. Thank you, pre10der. "Let It Shine" is indeed! "Dan's Song Only". What an amazing live performance, along with your wonderful pictures of Dan. He will always! Let It Shine through his many gifts of music to us. A trillion plus votes up for this!

@cricket61161 Isn't it great to "grow-up" with The Best Musician, not to metion a wonderful man? So glad you were introduced to him. Me too; never had heard of him and was given his first album as a gift. I was instantly a Dan Fan. He was, his music to us still is, a gift.

Great video/slide show. I love this song. The first time I saw Dan play in concert I didn't even know who he was. Some friends invited me - I asked the question "what does he sing that I know?" I was a wise ass 15 year old at the time. Anyway - I went and was swept off my feet a little more with every song he sang. The band "Fools Gold" was the warm up and they joined him at the end of the show. Did 3 encores and as I now know is tradition sang this last. Have been a fan ever since. :0)
