unless you are trying to perform a speed run, this is a great board to get a ton of free men. just get the leaf shield and get to the big fish. use the shield and let the little shrimp swim into you. they will time to time spit out free men. this and air man's board with the birds dropping eggs. i have gotten nearly 100 free men before doing this. it is time consuming though.

At the beginning of this part, you should have equipped the Metal Blades right off. They save massive time and you'll never run out. Other than that 2-3 second time save, not bad!
