This Brompton M6R is installed with Ezy wheels and when it is folded, you can effortlessly roll it around using the seatpost. All you need is just a strip of Velcro to secure the rear wheel to the main frame. Demonstrated by Steven of www.Diginexx.com (Singapore)
i don't think it goes fast

Is this much different from putting the seat down but leaving the handlebar up and pushing by that?

Forgot to mention - when I say I've been wheeling my Brompton around, seat post up and NO strap, I mean over all kinds of surfaces - streets, sidewalks, carpet, etc. and over bumpy door thresholds. I also tilt it up when rounding corners - all of this without it unfolding. It has really surprised me how much jostling it can take and remain folded.

Well, I've spent a couple of weeks now wheeling my Brompton around with seat post up but WITHOUT strapping it, and the only time it started to unfold was once when I actually lifted the bike to carry it down one step - no big deal, just lifted the front wheel and re-hooked it. In fact, I just noticed that my velcro strap is gone and I have no idea how long it's been missing. Once again, two thumbs up, Diginexx! Love my Brompton...

Diginexx - A couple of weeks ago I noticed as I was wheeling my Brompton with the seat post up that I had forgotten to use my velcro strap. Much to my surprise I found that the bike stayed folded. Since then I have continued to wheel it this way and not once did it begin to unfold. I suppose the bike would be more prone to opening if I lifted it, but who lifts their folded Brompton with the seat post up? What a great time-saver. This make my super-convenient Brompton even more convenient!

Great idea, I use this method now, but I pull the Brompton behind me. I drop the saddle to the hight of my hand with my arm relaxed by my side. I have taken my Brommie into government buildings, shopping centres and department stores with no problems or confrontations, just some strange looks. I put the cover on of course and just have the saddle sticking out a little.

This is absolutely BRILLIANT. I've been using Diginexx's method of wheeling around my Brompton ever since I watched this video. When done this way the bike's footprint is at its minimum and is so easy to roll around. One additional thing I do is to rotate the seat post so the seat is facing backwards - that way the front of the seat becomes a neat "handle." Thank you Diginexx - just BRILLIANT!

Great Video !!
I think this method of rolling when folded is MUCH better than the 'official brompton way' (with the bars up) which feels too 'clonky' to me.
