Foster was a good dog, and Jonathan Jackson as the original Lucky Spencer was such a special character who stood out from anyone else on the show back in the 90's!
The son of Luke & Laura was one of GH's most likeable characters who we watched grow, mature, and fall in love.

My youngest son who was just a young child when Jonathan played Lucky as a boy, just came and ask why Luke, who just killed Lucky adopted son is now acting so crazy, drinking and losing it. I just showed him clips of Luke & Lucky back in the day including this one... Now he sees why the Luke character wants to die. Like & Lucky have been a very special Father -Son relationship to watch unfold thru the years. Thank you General Hospital... Hope ABC doesn't axe you too!

@NightScape707 that's why Jonathan Jackson is such a special actor. So many children actors - are aged on soaps... but he had a special fanfare casue we got to watch him grow up & fall in love... So glad he was able to come back to this role - & being the special talent he is - pulled it right back like he never left. This is why we love JJ... Like Luke & Laura only "those actors" can play these roles..

Yeah Lucky got shot by a gunman of Frank Smith - when he followed Luke to the docks & hid, & there was a shoot out & a bullet hit Lucky in the stomach...
