  • my knee hurts aswell duno wots wrong

  • Does it crack when you bend your leg man? How did you do it? What sort of training do you do to compensate for it?

Take care and best of luck with it.

Obviously if it re-occurs really often going to see your doctor might be a good idea!

  • nice video!

i watched the stowmarket thing and it was pretty good.

i just hate that whenever parkour is brought to a larger scale "stage" you know, made a little more public, that it has to have some sort of "entertainment". I'm not saying I disliked the martial arts thing, it just didn't fit to me. I'm about parkour, as it is.

  • I know what you mean, besides when parkour is used to entertain you have to understand that the audience won't necesarrily be impressed by the same things. It was good to have some diversity too.

  • :( it inspires me.. i got a back injury ..i dont know how this injury is called in english, but i think its called back's disk pushed out of its regular place.. i cant even run long.. after 50 meters of running pain makes my body to not move as i want to... i see that youre better here than me when i had normal back.. but this is good.. ive been sended to rehabilitation,so.. i hope ill get back to normal, and start relearning parkour from the basics :) ty for inspiration! ill make a vid too :)

  • Thanks for the comment, its very much appreciated! You have my sympathy regarding your injury, I hope it clears up as soon as possible. I know of a guy called Christian in london who had a similar injury to yourself and he has recoverred well and is back doing parkour. I wish you all the best in your recovery and am already looking forward to your video! Take care.

    Peace

  • I train parkour about 3-4 years but i have 2 years stop cooz of Ligaments injury called ACL injury is hard to train after injury ;p

  • well yeah that's the thing. i think if you do something more like a wokshop, it keeps them focused cause they may actually learn something. the true lovers of it or the people that are genuinly impressed should stay focused well enough.

  • :) videos like your is helping ! :) i tried to do wallflip some days back.. and i did well.. only problem - my back starting to hurt again.. after 3 months of training my lower back, i hope ill be able to restart everything! thank you for your wishes! really makes me smile :)

  • i can never get over how mch i love this vid
