  • @MickeyLove01 If they remade it today, he'd be an idiot and always be getting saved by Jane. Modern TV is fem sexist.

  • Is it just me, or does anyone else find the jazz-tinged horn section that comes in at 0:27 to be a bit incongruous to the subject matter? It sounds more like theme music to an urban crime drama.

  • This was the original Tarzan call by Johnny Weismeuller (sp)

  • @gnash555 Not even then. Men of any ethnicity are shown as less than women in today's media.

  • @VinnyMonster1 100% Agreed. I'll go one further... The only way that Tarzan would be portrayed as a strong, fearless Alpha-male, would be if he has played by a black or mixed-race actor *rolls eyes*

  • @666palerider LOL - he irritated me too.. :-)

  • And as for that little squirt, Jai......

  • The third and last soundtrack intro for this series.

  • Wasn't there a different and catchier ending theme?

  • Ron Ely was my favourite Tarzan. He is such a gentlemen. I would love to meet him or hear from him.
