Fellowship of the Wee People Official Trailer

This is the official trailer for the upcoming Straight-to-DVD action film "Fellowship of the Wee People" based on a Summer 2007 Dungeons and Dragons campaign. Since the studios have run out of ideas they are turning to RPG campaigns for inspiration. It has a star-studded cast,with B Movie action superstar Gary Daniels playing the lead role as Tossied, the paranoid kobold-hating dude.

I hear they have taken many liberties with the storyline. If I remember correctly, the original storyline involved something about kobolds, gnomes, halflings, and swamps or something. This version has eschewed the gnome and halfling thing as well as the comedy angle, instead going for a gritty fantasy martial arts epic. I hope they don't screw this up.

Kind of makes me wish it was an actual movie, if just for the infamous barn-full-of-wereboars scene. And the infamous emo-dragon scene. And the infamous shoe-store scene.

Come to think of it, we totally need to make this movie.
