The only prob with the HID highs is, when your turning them on and off for passing cars you are shorting the life of the HID. your better off just getting silver-stars for you highs. word from experience. 6k driving 6k flood and 3k highs. looks sick not practical.

can someone please help me... I purchased the JLM HID CONVERSION KIT 9006 6000K for my 2007 Silverado Pick Up and now I am so pissed off I could puke...
'THEY DONT FIT".... the HID bulb casing is nowhere close to the factory housing on my truck... the bulb itself if the only part that fits... any sugestions?

nice cutoff line. oh wait there is none! lmao

Anything over 5000K is just stupid and "just for looks". Maybe something for a show car but useless on the street.

ok so im getting a 6000k for my low beams.. do i need a 10000k for my high beams or do i get the same?
-
do you have 10000K for both the hi and low beams or do u have a different K for both the hi and low.. im going to put 6000K on my low beams but i wasnt sure if need to put a 10000K on my hi beams or is there a special kit for the hi beams thats are still 6000K

Does this car have DRL? If so, does it looks sick driving around with HIDS on sunny days? I'm thinking of getting 3000k for my 00.

@911mykidsdead Why go 30k high? My dad has 8k for his fogs and lows and 4300k for his highs since his fogs and low beam turns off when switched to high beams, and that shit is bright. I have 8k for for high and low. 30k, isn't that pink?
-
8k low, 30k high.. looks tight...

@Mr2002MustangGT You have to use your Factory Bulb Rubber ring and that should get it to get in there and use plyers to turn it all the way in.
Ask more if needed bud :P
do all kits work with the high and low beams?

no, he has one kit for the highs and one kit for the lows and he wants to get a 3rd kit for fogs lights that he might get soon.
