@ZiomusMR Fergus Henderson was diagnosed in the 90's with Parkinson's disease he has had innovative 'Deep Brain Stimulation' which vastly improved his mobility.
Him and his food have a place in all chef's heart I am sure of that and what is so great about him to me is, why would I ever complain about life! There is a guy who gets on with it,
I am sure you understand now and watch the youtube clip when Anthony Bourdain visited him

Sorry, but I could not really understand a word he said. He tends to mumble so it's simply a horrible idea to have him talk while following him. They needed to have him do a sit down interview with an interviewer. I have heard some great things about this guy.
