  • The piece after Lagrima is a Bach Prelude... Can't remember from which suite...

  • The guitars are great but the guitarist is great too, Bach sounds incredible.

  • the spruce guitar has so much more depth to the sound...smallman prefers not to use spruce so much, but other Australian guitar makers using lattice bracing make some pretty excellent guitars. Smallman himself has even professed that some of them are better than his own guitars...

  • Very interesting video - thanks for sharing.

It's a pitty that the Barslaag hasn't been tuned to te same pitch as the other ones for comparison ...

Smallmann sounds like overly compressed recording, though it has its own qualities ...

anyway, Larry sounds great on a n y of the guitars!

  • the first guitar (Gilbert ? ) sounded great to

    my soul &

what a great guitarist Larry is !

  • $8k approx

  • Gilberts really have a nice sustain. . .

  • Me too lol.

I wonder how much do they go for?
