David Holt demonstrates the rhythm of "hambone" while Doc Watson plays the Harmonica on December 5, 1998 at the Valborg Theatre on the campus of Appalachian State University
arts in many forms, is something we should all try to keep alive ,not only for our selves today ,but our children and grand children and generations that follow. Music and forms of expression are dying every day.
call it hambone, or bodypercussion, orflamenco, or tap dance, or whatever you want... it all has the same root: rhythm is within our bodies. Andit's one of the most wonderful facts of life!
Great!

There's music everywhere! Back home it took a little "lubrication" before we'd break out the hambone, spoons and harmonica! I love this stuff!!
