The speedo error is engineered in the bike. Compare it to the odometer . . . you'll find the odo is correct. I don't think Kaw is the only mfg doing this either. I too miss the shaft drive.

I was very interested in this bike but I wish it had stayed a 4 cylinder with shaft drive. I am also uneasy about throttle by wire and will only get about 35 MPG. Wonder if Kaw. has done anything to resolve their speedometer error and also fuel gauge inaccuarcies. I am now planning on a Goldwing

The price is right, but its hideous looking. I dont want a Harley lookalike.

Kwaka has no scrupples.Remember the Drifter/Indian.Then the W650/Bonneville.Now we have the Voyager/Ultra Classic.Don't you just love Kwaka

why waste $25,000 on a bike just for a name when you can get this one that has everything a Harley does...just paying for a name thats all

If the price is right it will make Harley Davidson think twice about their product line. This will be a vastly superior product to the Ultra in both quality, technology, and performance.
