I had a Linksys WRT54g go bad on me and decided to take out my frustration. Yes, I know my hand was in front of the grinder as I cut towards it. Enjoy...

  • It is easy to repair before. What a waste.

  • Not repairable. I know how to repair them but this one was dead.

  • oh realy? what compoenet was fryed that was un-repairable?

  • power supply. ya rly.

  • Power supply is not a componet, Power supply is a group of Component usely a Transformer or inverter, resistors, and a transistor/voltage regulator. Yes there all repairable/replacable, Infact there the easiest parts to replace. The only things on that router that are un-replacable are the Masked IC's. And sense you stated it was the Power supply thats not the issue.

  • It just a router. I am sure it was very satisfying to pwn me with your extensive router knowledge. I thought it would be funny to do and I did it. No need to over analyze.

  • some people make magic with this kind of tecnology and other just ..........stupidity.

  • wtf? First of all the cutting procedure would have been MUCH easier if you would have used that vice grip in the background. Secondly, there is still use in it; it's called E-RECYCLING!

  • I get these for $5 each at the Flea Markets. That must have felt pretty good! I hate it when a piece of equipment craps out and you struggle with it only to find it unfixable.

I find a 26oz. framing hammer to work well and relieve stress at the same time.

    Nice video! 2 thumbs up!
