i have 1 of these,mine must be an updated version,or possabily an older version as the battery goes in the stock where u keep your money.i have had no problems with mine.what is the deal with the orange tipp.i thought that guns like this [the real versions] were legal.i live in ireland and real world guns like this are HIGHLY ILLEGAL over here,yet airsoft guns dont require them to have any clearly visable markings to identify them as airsoft guns.good review by the way
