  • its self defence, very few strikes are used in aikdo it's mainly joint manipulation

  • Funny, yes, but still. You need to respect every art and style despite their differences.

  • Attacker... USE BOTH YOUR HANDS! (and keep your guard up)

  • does he really have to fall like that ? i dont think if you do a move on somone hes gonna flip like in the vids

  • but seriously no 1 is gunna walk towards u with there arm out unless there intending on poking u in the eye or sumthin this is absolutly no use in the "real" yes "real" world where people use guns and baseball bats instead of walking towards u like sum kind of robot zombie

  • or u could just go buy a gun.. martial arts vs modern arts =P u start tryin to grab me n shit im gunna drop u with a 45 cal hollow point round to the face

  • how close is this style to Tomiki Aikido?

  • As the title says, "Aikido Moves for Beginners". This uke approach is replaced with other more realistic approaches later. Things get more challenging as you progress.

  • But please tell me who will go on you with that hand in the air dumbest move -.-

  • @Reaper2425 since u have a black belt why does the guy attacking have his arm extended and plam out no is goin to do that in a street fight

  • @josh9568 yeah but you look like a beast

  • Great if someone runs at you at medium speed holding their arm out.

What kind of attack is supposed to be parrying?
