Merci du fond du coeur pour cette vidéo, je suis bouleversé , quelle émotion, après la 30 éme écoute en boucle je suis encore en pleurs........Ah comme Schubert aurait aimé cette interprétation,d'ailleurs n'était-il pas treble lui-même à Vienne.....Oui du Ciel , tout là-haut, il doit être heureux s'il entend ce merveilleux garçon.....ah, je défaille.....vite , mes sels!

Fine voices. I am, however, very mystified by recent instruction methods at the school vs. past. Chosen tempi of many vocal works, including this An Die Musik (also, the lyrics are more appropriate for an older, mature person like Jose van Dam), sound discernably faster than previous renditions, thereby rendering the performances rushed, perfunctory, and without understanding or freeling, rather like a vocal exercise. Some recordings from the 1950-60s sound much more sensitive and beautiful.
