Remember the stimulus program was suppose to create jobs. and it hasnt I didnt throw bush's name into any damn thing even though this program started in 2005.

Let me remind everyone. the 2009 Stimulus package gave 21-23 Million Dollars to Operation Gunrunner. 10 Million Dollars was appropriated in the 2011 Fiscal Budget submitted by the President for Operation Gunrunner..
