During a May 20th Appearance on "The View" Barbara Walters asks Glenn Beck after he is caught lying if he checks his facts as a reporter. He indicates in his response that he does not check facts prior to airing a story and admits that he is not anything resembling a reporter. In other words his nothing more than a shill.

why would anyone opening, knowingly admit they do not check there facts. I guess he didn't mean to at all but in fact it was the steadfast lawyering and mental prowess of the ladies on the view that finally broke him and had him admit the truth. Lol

This is just pure confusion and failure to communicate between Beck and the table full of bickering women. You think otherwise?

He has been caught several times in the past, including just a few nights prior, erroneously reporting "facts" which are later shown to be nothing more than conjecture.

It seems to me she calls him a reporter repeatedly, and he keeps arguing that saying he's a commentator and goes off on that, and then she slips in " so you don't check the facts', but I think he was still arguing the fact that he's not a reporter. If you've ever watched his show, he talks about how many hours of time and research they put in to CHECKING THE FACTS... come on now..

Well.. honestly, I think when he said "no" he was referring to the fact that he doesn't consider himself as a reporter, but instead a commentator.
