The Sims 3 Modern House

After playing The Sims and the Sims 2 this is my first house design for The Sims 3. The house is on modern architecture and has 3 car garage under the house, 1 large open plan, roof shaft, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite, pool and pool deck, garden with pond and small japanese garden.

I dont know bro!! I remember I found a youtube video on how to make a lowlevel garage and thats where it all started. The first step I did on that house was the garage ramp. from then onwards it just came natural but what I know is that it took me loads of hours round 2 weeks

Thank you for all the nice comments guys :-) as I said before I lost the file so I cannot share it. I do not design many houses as there would only be 1 in every 20 that I will really like and the others I just scrap them. Have been working on one for more the a week now. It needs more time to look perfect at least to me but I will let you know when I upload it. I will never put an object in a corner if its not pefect and if corner is still not good I will scrap the house lol

@swan1019, use the cheat code motherlode. Not motherload but motherlode. It gives you 50,000 Simoleons.
