Impressive but,

I noticed the downward lines at the corners of the mouth were not improved much. Couldn't they help that with one of the lazer tightening? Why didn't they do it?

Can they build up sagging cheeks?

What about eyes? Over and under?

I agree and this is what I want most. I believe most of the improvement in that picture came from the makeup where as there was none in the before picture.
